LET’S GET STARTED

This begin at Wit-chicca, Texas city. In the morning Saturday, the Lord’s day that bible says “keep the sabbath day holy”. This week get easier since Nika, the owner of the nail salon take over some work day to cover to one of the receptionist on the vacation. Easy week mean here for Porches since she has been dealing with one of co-worker secretly hate one her. It all about feeling so no words can prove beside how Porches continually stress out when that co-worker around. Her name is Pat.

Porches normally forgiving eveytime Pat tries to shut her down, put pressure, intimidation and aggressiveness towards Porches. The more blonded Porches act the more Pat seem no satisfied even the Chinese's mask she tries to wear make things seem so unbothered. In that age, an 40s something year old would know exactly what she does to people. And the way Pat treat and try to control people outcome isn’t cool and specific woman to woman.

Porches was finishing the first builder gel set of the day and moving forward to her next customer, miss Amber, the one inspired Porches to write, continue to write. Amber is one of Porches’s regular customer. The first time Porches meet Amber, she was doing Amber pedicure service and after that we keep meeting each other in random day. Wonder if Amber has been requested Porches to do her services.

Today Porches perform a manicure to Amber and Amber just being Amber. She is sensitive, intuitive, and she does like Porches as Amber younger version of herself. Amber is the only one in the nail shop aware of the dynamic between Porches and Pat and the observation for awhile, Amber choose to be Porches friend.

This service with Amber really grounded Porches. Amber always super calm and cool. Somehow she bring out a sense of long life where Porches would witness all the loving faces come around in the moment to enjoy their relaxing environment, take care of themself, spend the money and surrounded with the community that they feel safe beside the busy life. In this nail salon, not too big, comfortable enough, not too crowded, not take many walk in but appointment recommended. Our nail technician ladies aren’t rushing back to back. All the stories start from here.

It was a Sunday, after church

Mr. Frank with his gentlemen suit pull up to the nail salon. He looks great in his age. The age that need surrounded with stability and community. He has been visit the nails salon every two week since Porches started work here. Sometime to take care if himself, sometime to take care and give love back to his community.

Mr. Frank come in to book appointment ahead with Yuna like usually. He gets all the attentions from all the people in the nail shop beside Porches. She still focused on the customer she has been working on. But then in the moment Porches still decide to give love, she looks up and already see Mr. Franks has been look at her and quickly turned back to the conversation with other women. That moment was beautiful but also a bit sad to Porches. In certain time, the nail salon would be miss him so much but it still a very long time. Let be say a hundred years right. So we live in the moment and Mr. Frank still come around.

And Porches has another regular customer. She is a psychiatrist for children. Let her name be sweet scape. Since she is the doctor for the children mean she always has to be ready and be good. She loves Porches and because Porches is genuinely nice to her. Sweet scape says ‘you take care of me, I take care of you’ and she has been on her third appointment with Porches. So happy since her nails has been growing strong and long with the builder gel products.

TONIGHT PORCHES SUDDENLY REWIND

The conversation with Mrs. Sasa, she teaches Porches tough love but also a value lesson ‘ listen to everything and pay attention’

Pat was doing Mrs. Sasa pedicure while Porches work on her nails. Pat lately seem to get more obsessive and angry since Porches reject being her friend after seeing all the thing Pat try to manipulate and monkey fly. Porches stay away form her but this time Mrs. Sasa really bring Porches big awareness. She says what if (Pat) says ‘kill her’ since Porches wasn’t pay attention since Pat was try to avoiding work by tell Mrs. Sasa some untruthful about her toe nails should not be painted since she has been leaves the nails polish too long on the surface. It actually tend to happen but really easy to fix. Just need a little extra work. But rather to say anything, Porches decided to stay in her zone and avoid conflict. Pat already have so much crude on Porches. But then Porches also very forgetful, later on suddenly she asked why Mrs. Sasa doesn’t paint her toe nails and know the untruthful again which makes Mrs. Sasa warning Porches has to pay attention. Pat already give Porches so much bad intentions so when Mrs. Sasa says the what if she says ‘kill her’. It doesn’t really surprising thing.

That why Porches has been observed Pat. She seems like an 40s something year old man rather than a woman. The way she walks, her face structure, the ways she tape in her necks when Pat can’t keep the unbothered face since Porches keep expose her to the environment and few customers notices the dynamic of Porches and Pat. And all lead to the begin when Porches refuse to give Pat a manicure when Pat was friendly asked Porches since Porches was a new girl at work. Pat was the one come around and try to get to know Porches’s life. Pat could be mad because the rejection or could be because Pat has been read Porches wrong. A quiet, isolated naive girl, always in the break room by herself. Easy target?

Porches understand now Mrs. Sasa means about the what if. This morning, when Ms Medic come in again to get a new set. She help Porches aware how serious and the intensity that Pat towards her.

Pat doesn’t want Porches to come talk to Ms Medic, that anger obsessive and competitive from Pat shows very clearly this time since Pat being watch by Ms Medic. The healthcare system allow Ms Medic being fair to everyone. Ms Medic has been pay attention as well as Ms Amber. She also try to calm Pat down by keep talking and making the conversation with Pat. Usually Porches and Ms Medic makes very simple conversation, she likes to joke about how she loves spending money on herself and her son and Porches just go long with the joke. Since that everyone does to take care of themselves. Ms Medic show Porches her new tattoo, it is a Japan cartoon cat very cute. And otherwise Porches decided to get the septum piercing in the future.

And Porches was lay low outside the nail shop until 12:40 to wait for the first customer come in. Luckily, in this neighborhood center, a few block on the left side the nail shop. It has an unlead office and the mirror on the door gives a good reflection of Porches , give her the opportunity to have a dance stage outdoor whenever she bored or the vibe is off. Sociaty always say love is love, woman support woman but that is just a haft true of the reality. Pat has been copy the whole Porches’s personality. The smallest detail is when Porches brings her bottle of water and put in the front of the nail’s bar. Pat does the same thing as well which creep in Porches. And this Sunday is the most intensity ever Porches experience from Pat.

Unfortunately, Porches has to work on Pat’s regular customer and it get worst after Ms Medic leave the shop. It was very unpleasant to Porches and it get extremely violent later on when Porches just try to do her work. Pat makes Porches feel like she would harmful Porches if Porches show any sign of friendliness toward her regular customer. Because of that, the whole section of the pedicure service, Porches try to keep space with Pat’s client. Which later on, Pat’s client soon recognized the situation and rushed Porches to finish quickly the pedicure. She makes it easier to Porches leave quick. Even Porches get intimidated by Pat this time, she a bit shaky but still breath through the tension, the lyric play in the background ‘I only want you’ resonate seems calm the event down a bit. Porches laugh it away and she hear the client say ‘ as long as I get my nails done and I walk out of the shop. It’s fine’ out loud. Porches can sense her fear in the comment. Only toe nail paint left, Porches would be done with the pedicure service. And because of that, Pat seems to calm down and mentioned the LQBT event that she went on the weekend. Finally, Pat expose her true self and passive to Porches again and goes extremely hatred again since Pat can’t manipulate Porches.

That is the first time ever, Porches experience the feeling of the what if Mrs, Sasa mentioned. No word has spoken, it all about how Porches feel. Super sensitive, wonder it is really a gift? Porches should always stay away and be aware of Pat even it makes Pat more upset and angry everyday Porches go work. But then Porches also build up a very good friendship with Yuna since she is the only one who talk to Porches and help Porches out when she needed. To gratitude the friendship, Porches give Yuna a Marc Jacob purse, everytime Porches need to paint her toe nails, she give Yuna money without asking for favor like eveyone else. Since then no one really ask Porches to do anything for them.

The end of that Sunday, on the way to leave the nail shop, Pat says goodbye to Sidney, one of the receptionist and random says ‘I’m here than you here’. The awkward raise up in the atmosphere, Sidney laugh it away.

Porches survive another week work. It just been almost 2 months, it would get better if she keeps going and so far Porches is right about Pat and the more Porches keep observing and let Pat does whatever she wants.

Lately, carry a woman body make Pat go through certain emotion. Also when the body in ovulation it has a certain smells, and which a socialize person, party and drinks like Pat. It has a certain bad odor. Which Pat has to stress Porches out so Porches and people can’t know it come from Pat. Take awhile to Porches noticed since Porches already maintain her body very well, she does yoga, dance, wake up early with cold shower, sauna every night after work but nothing help with Porches’s instinct raise up when her body keeps get stress out. Until this Easter week. , Porches decided to go back to swimming early in the morning. End up knowing that the gym she committed to does not have swimming pool but the cold plunge. No choice, Porches give it a try. The first time do cold plunge, it was a brave move Porches make. The -50 decrease cold water shake all the nerve of Porches body. Porches put through it and she recognizes that her body get stronger but also super sensitive. The only thing makes Porches uncomfortable is that cold plunge in share area, which mean dudes can come around. And that moment Porches worry has happened. When she got out of the cold plunge, it was a dude in the hot plunge. She immediately smell her instinct when it gets stress out. Porches hurry do the cold plunge again and than leave quick after that. The cold plunge completely change Porches’s nervous system. It trigger the fight or flight in Porches body and healed it.

And the day at the nail salon is still insane since Pat get more friends on her side. Usually, Porches has to deal with only Pat, now she has to fight or flight Pat’s friends too. They were pure evil and show their true self even though everyone super busy, making money and all Porches does is being silent, she says what necessarily to the clients and distance herself, till somehow so offended those women.

Day by day at 7 am, the cold plunge does transform Porches’s body to deal with pressure. It like if Porches be calm and look out for herself, Pat and some of her friends would raging. If Porches being sunshine, they would try to bring her down and when Porches be down and distance herself, they mad as well. They bitterly gagged Porches. Which nothing Porches does would be ok. Porches already become a back up plan, she earn just enough money with small services that no one like to do. Even Coco, the new girl who come after Porches earn big service. Porches has been patient, she wonder what could go wrong here if it not about money?

IT WAS A BLESSED EASTER WEEK,

Porches decided to work extra this week since she know Yuna would come work as well. We make to Wednesday, 4 days left to go. It does feel a bit better when Nika, the boss at the nail shop. Everyday Porches has to deal with the envy Pat throw at her, so a bit break would not harmful anyone!

Porches in mid smear campaign, it envelop more people, these women that not like Porches. Which makes Porches even more appreciate Yuna since she is the only woman who talk to Porches.

The opposite was Kay, a girl who always easily manipulated by Pat. A 40s something “tomboy” woman always stick around with a 23 year old girl to be her friend. Pat always seem lonely when Kay not at the nail shop or at least what Pat want Porches to perceive since only Porches can see, it really not matter. Since they are play with each other, does not surprise when Kay also has the autonomy toward Porches but at least she shows it very clearly, and she put Porches in certain temporary test. It was understanding from begin but never enough so Porches has to accept the truth that if people try to bring her down already there. Pat can sense that emptiness in Kay. Also Kay is the receptionist, more booking, more favor. Pat need a supply to survive and Kay just accidentally fit in perfectly. It gets a bit dark since Kay tell everyone that she doesn’t want to live in the United States after her graduation. She wants move and live in Thailand. She interesting about their economy, also might be Taiwan. She was joking with Pat in the break room when Porches was there. Who know if one day Kay suddenly disappear with Pat. They might live happily ever after in Taiwan where Pat come from, the black sheep of the family. Her parent passed away when Pat 18 year old. Soft spot detail in Pat story or it could be a perfect lie. Pat can say everything since she is a smart “tomboy” woman, also still very mystery, also scary as well.

From Porches point of view, the envy get heavy each day, Porches thought it was about money but until today Pat still the one earn the most, get book the most. And Porches writing get inspire every night when her cortisol spike from the danger and threaten she sense by observing Pat.

IT ALMOST 1 AM

Lately Porches has been wake up at 5 am, meditating. Then she cook for the day of work. Porches’s body get stronger day by day. She dance, do yoga, do cold plunge, hot sauna. Porches has not experienced back pain anymore. Now she love to go work since it get easier. The cold plunge help her body get through the toxic brain chemicals from Pat. Porches keep write down all the receipts she get from Pat.

A week get inten since Porches work full-time. Already a middle of the week, after the boss asked Porches to learn how to do Polly gel. Next day the morning Pat come in quietly so Porches would not notices.

Pat went to ask another co-worker to show her how to do the polly gel and perfom a whole new set then show Nika that Pat can do it as well. She doesn’t mind to show jealousy or that what she try to make people believe. It still better than envies. Porches heart beat start beating hard so she remove herself from the room and come to the front of the receptionist area and reading her book. Porches can sense the intension raise up high whenever Nika come back to the receptionist area. Seem like just really only Porches can see who Pat really is and Pat know it also.

Since Porches watch out and distance herself whenever Pat try to get closer which make Pat sloppy and more aggressive. From 10:32 am, Porches has to writing the feeling happening inside her body start to react. The first way calm down around 11:10 am. It was an hour of the toxic energy Pat throw at Porches.

The first customer come in, it was a mom and a daughter. Porches guard has been take down since she start working. Just one second, her cortisol spike again. The customer seem like sensing as well, so Porches start to slow down and breath through the hard emotions. Pat is doing a daughter pedicure service next to Porches and because of that, Porches has to move her cart to the side and cover herself from Pat, who is sit next to her. Porches keep experienced the subtle of anger and intimidation that Pat try to make Porches feels but really it all mind game because Pat really can not do anything in physical way and in public places to really abuse Porches. The thing Pat do can put Porches in Chronic stress and can harmful the body in long run. It so evil to every do this to anyone if the person is more fragile, it can make them get very ill.

Pat always very quiet until Kay comes in. They team up again and Pat compliment how beautiful Kay is to make Kay feel better. Kay seem very tired and down today. In Porches point of view, it like an old man in woman body manipulate a younger girl so dude doesn’t feel not belonging. Porches just keep watching.

Today, Yuna finally help Porches reveal the truth about what Kay and Pat has been stalk Porches. In the moment, when we gather at the bar, Yuna suddenly ask to borrow Porches iPad so she can be an iPad kid. The uncomfortable intuition come at Porches. Yesterday, usually Porches put her iPad at the locker but this time Porches forgot and put the iPad in the waxing room for awhile. Kat was the one went in at the end of the day. While Porches work on the last customer, most of co-workers already home, fews are busy finishing their work. Suddenly, the unknowing come in Porches mind after Kay walk out side the room. Porches intuition tells her that Kay might know Porches password whole stalking around her and she might has check Porches iPad.

Porches so upset but still keep calm and give herself alone time in her car. If that is the true, it could mean they are so ugly.

Coco pretty much join in any kind of gossiping and somehow she decided to talk to Porches which make Pat and Kay angry. Porches was reading “the joy luck club” that sweet scape recommended her. Mention about that, sweet scape has bad habit that she tend to bite her nails when she gets anxious. That why she try out the builder gel, sine then she stopped doing it and her nail has been growing long. And we has another section today. After grilling down the layer of builder gel to has another refill. Porches can see a bit of change on Sweet Scape thumb nail, make Porches feel bit unease.

Sweet Scape love cleaning her house and specially her bathroom. She mention about it all the time when Porches asked if she has any plan after this appointment. Think deeper, Sweet Scape could secretly talk about the depression in women. Cleaning the space is the best therapy ever. Porches used to host the airbnb and Shalom the owner has teaches her a lot of goodness. Porches understand of the feeling of cleanest. When overwhelmed and depress might just because the environment. Sweet Scape is a psychiatrist for children, and every body come from a little kid. And because the builder gel thicker on the nail, so she might hit on somewhere and leave a bruise on it. Porches suggested Sweet Scape to take off the hard gel and do a regular manicure. Her nail need a break. Porches also suggested the most healthy nail polish, call Dazzle Dry.

IY WAS THE SATURDAY, AFTER A LONG WEEK WORK

Porches start to get used to biological clock around 5am. No rush in the morning, Porces start with the medidatation, sit in quiet, breath and observe her body, stretch in the end every meditation session. Cook some food for the day and head to the gym to start her “workout” routine. On that day, after prepare the emotional and physic to the “abuse” at work, it does sound funny right? It just Porches has been run around town, no where better than this place. Porches like the work flow here, someday, she does experience the slow but overall everything turn out just fine.

Porches park her car infant of the shop so she can use the wifi and journal. It was about 8:30 pretty early. Porches is so sure she would has some peaceful time. 15 minute pass by. Porches spot a brown Mercedes been approaching and park 1 spot away from the parking where Porches parked her car. It was a man in the early parking lot so Porches be more caution. After that she see another white Mercedes approach and it look familiar with the boss car but Porches didn’t expect that was her since it was so early to open the shop but it end up, back up park next to Porches card. And Porches see a man walk closer to the white Mercedes which cause her attention again. She looks up and try to understand what is going. That man say hi to Porches with confident while chewing his gum. And Porches usually not give any reaction to men in general so she just keep stare at dude.

Finally, the boss lady has stepped out to her car and say something. She quickly breaks the odd. ‘Oh, you are so early, me and my husband just load some stuff for the shop’ and be back to the trunk where her husband at. Dude seem not affectionate much with his wife, he didn’t even say anything to her when she get closer to him but that just only from Porches perspective. Not that affection face dude give when say hi to Porches. Porches can see how awkward Nika feel so she quickly leave again inside the shop and let her husband continue load stuff. Porches can sense the off and the intensity after dude come back outside again and do another reload. Dude realize Porches isn’t innocent like the way she appear. She also can sense the betrayal probably happened in this marriage. A husband leave quick after done a job, Nika says goodbye to Porches and say that she would be back after the shower. Even how confident Nika sounds, Porches experience the heavy emotion that Porches can’t explain. It makes Porches upsetting but because she understands herself very well and Porches just get out fresh at the gym with the cold plunge so she quickly pick up herself and go buy her a drink and chocolate bar to cheer herself up.

Nika has been act odd and kinda aggressive towards Porches but also Nika feel so out of place. Somehow, it interpretation about what Porches knowing and she ass God why it has to happen to her since she is peace and don’t even do anything.

These last 2 days make the week feel like hell to Porches. Nika, Sidney now join in the hateful group of Pat and Kay organization to humiliate Porches and bring her down. Porches remember how hard feeling she expericened after Tuesday work. She came in not say anything like usual. The whole day of work, Porches only has one booking, while everyone is busy working. Porches keep focus on “the Joy luck club”. And because reading “the Joy luck club”, Porches gets lucky with a walk in with big service. She makes enough for the day. The customer also can relax since Porches isn’t rushing to make living.

In the end of the day on the way home, somehow her cortisol spike up, she has a fever and it put her to the state of depression again if she won’t keep moving her body. Quickly, she stopped buy her self a cup of match latte, then went to the groceries to pick up some sushi. Porches know she has to consume cold food. Then goes buy new shampoo, lotion for daily care routine. Porches thanks God for these abundant, to still be a girly.

And then Porches think she should study law and go for Criminal justice. These career would fit her well. But then the reality is more dangerous, a between death and live and Porches still just a girl. Has to have a better safe way for those who work on justice.

THE INTUITION TELL PORCHES

To wear a hi-dro shirt next day of work. It going to help Porches feel better and she was right about it. Nika at work today, she seem more quiet with Porches than normally and Porches can sense the odd in the air. Nika would greed everyone with the high tone and the excitement and the sunshine attitude that she pretend to be. Nika somehow does look at Porches and observing, deep down inside Nika know the off vibe of the other day still lingering. And the art here is the perception of Nika to Porches is the interrelation. Porches can feel the heaviness of the low atmosphere in the nail shop since she just walk inside. Porches just fresh out of the gym routine. The shower makes she feel super clean and the YSL perfume smell good on Porches. She wake up look like this. So nothing can get under her skin.

Porches put on the apron of the shop, headphone with music one, she gets out and start walking around the area. Porches spend almost an hour to walk, and back to her car, journal until 12. Went back to the nail shop when it get too hot outside.

Nika is getting a new set of nails. She immediately make fun of Proches ‘look at you, all sweating, what are you doing outside, excercise?’. Wonder how did Nika know? Porches be calm and happy admitted while holding a bag of pistachio chocolate has been smelting since Porches forget to bring it inside this morning. Nika confident continue ‘what is that?’ - ‘ it’s chocolate’ Porches respond. ‘I will have some of that’ Nika demanding. ‘Oh, it smelting, I have white chocolate in the fridge’ and Porches quickly go grab it and offer to Nika. Porches spend her day to read “the Joy luck club”, and if she wants to study law, it would require a lot of reading and social media says being lawer is the most unhappy people, despite a large sum of money. Let’s say the law of family who take care all the divorces, would they still believe in marriage? The most cause is cheating, Porches assume and really think men should never get into the serious relationship even how in love they are. Specific younger men, the feeling are going to fade, the attraction is going to replace of the new one. Women are beautiful and the nature of a man get exciting and youthful from look and admire the

woman. It all come around.

Men settle for many reason. It could because the hormone, the insecurity they might not get their dream girl, the financial stability, get a smart and good woman can help their life easier. The status, the communist tent to value the man of family. Now they have a wife to fulfill their lust, they can focus on job and money. They have a woman take care of the house, release stressful situations and temptation when they go outside and meet “attractive” women. The “jewelry” - this would apply to wealthy man, who has plenty money so he goes get the most extremely beautiful woman in the world. He would be so proud to have her and no one can, at least they can look but can not touch. Women is are if we out she in the right material and right eyes.

While Porches on her book, people tent to leave her alone. She look uninterested, bored and sad depend on each person view her. Porches become the mirror to everyone who come and look at themselves which remind of the customer with the dazzle dry “justice”. She is extremely beautiful and she was reading her book while Porches perfume the pedicure. It was a peaceful moment and now Porches understand that women read book is another form of expression since Porches all about movement. She loves dance, Porches used to spend 5 hours dancing at the beach by herself. As many woman, Porches has certain period of the low. Other seek through family, friendship, Porches is more a loner. She prefer to be alone until she feels better. Porches dance and bloom in the dark. Porches used to draw, it comes to her easily. It was help Porches in period of time but she gets bored. Maybe it was so easy and hon we were a kid, art class has through high school. Everyone can do art, many way shape of art form. Start with papaer, a pencil or pen, simple like that. But not dancing, Poches never take any dance classes before. In elementary school, Porches is blessed with the flexible of her body. She was do good in aerobic class. Not like dance, it come naturally, Porches find a bit difficult to follow the trend dance she see on social media. But than when she like a song and let her body move freely. The rhythm come and she feel the feels.

Porches first customer on the day is Joy. After Sweet Scape, Joy visit and get her toes done every month. Joy joke about how she love the way Porches does her toes and make them beautiful. But really we very enjoyed each other company. Joy is a youngful teenager on the way finishing her college. She is emotional intelligence as well as Porches. Sometime we simply make conversation and be comfortable in our own universe. Porches like the older sister who generously take care of Joy. Porches also treat Joy as the real customer who pay for the good service. Suddenly Porches feel bad that she did not ask much about the offer Joy give it to her. Joy said if ever Porches need a photoshoot that let her know. Think back, it was an invitation of Joy to get to know Porches but because Porches was so overwhelmed from all the hate and jealousy so she didn’t has a change to think straight rather to focus on work and finish it. Today even worst since Nika also turned her back on Porches.

Joy has not been back since April, Porches still hope to meet her once again so she can give joy a gift that Porches handmade.

DAVID

The most disgusting male customer who come to the nail shop and pretend to be decent man. He has wife but somehow he would prefer to be separate from his wife every time they get the services, barely talk to his wife.

Dia find David very charming since he try to treat his wife nice and clean. One time she on the phone at the nail salon and make sure everyone hear that David give her the credit card to pay for the service. Only Porches can sense who he is and it disgust Porches every time she unlucky has David as a customer and Porches for sure to show that she doesn’t like him as all. And let be honest no one really enjoy to do man pedicure. It hard work and the man like David, he would take advantage of the white man power, tips in percent of service and he always just do $40 affection pedicure only. 20% is the most highest tips but it just only $8 in money currency. And of course, more callus work and heavy lifting. Usually Porches least expect on tips if the customers are women. She understand that in modern world women are working as weak. Porches don’t against to the idea that men should take care of their feet but maybe gives out the big tips would make the process feel decent.

Kevin is one of the example. Dude come in with the mist dirty feet ever that Porches has to witness in real life. He should come back and spend money to take care of the feet but not the empty look outside, just hope not Porches again. And the pleasure to look at beautiful women take care of their feet, they should not be cheap and put more money on tips and not pretend to be innocent man, dress up nice to cover their depression and the need of woman affection. Be decent please!

David knows he can’t take advantage on Porches and Porches always finish the service as fast as possible so she doesn’t have to feel anything. Dude can’t complain about Porches attitude with will make him become a bad person, despise that David doesn’t mind to show Porches the mask he put on. An intelligent nice charming old man wearing his wife as his shield. It was a moment David know Porches look at his reaction when Sidney get off work in a pink body con suit that reveal all the curve of the woman’s body. David’s eyes rolling up and down, yup, where is the down area dude check? Sidney’s face isn’t down there and dude also not forget to make a confident comment ‘the whole pinky’. Yup, another disgusting moment Porches has to witness. Wonder if dude still be clever like that when his wife be next to him.

And the wondering eyes make Porches be misunderstood. She tent to be zone out and look down when Porches interact with people, to make the hearing more effectively and sometime her eyes get cause on those areas that women who wear legging like, thighs, butt. And it so unfair when those co-workers are okay with the male wondering eyes but get mad when Porches accidentally make mistake.

Porches sometime tired with his society. The more she grow her awareness she tents to not understand of the purpose of the legging. It was call yoga pants back then until society change the concept of it. Porches understand the intention of the need to be seen and empower of the woman’s body. Usually, all the women are going to compliment about each other butt and that show they are not jealous of the other and Porches know for sure the confident of the women boot high up if their breast and butt are big. They feel beautiful since that is actually what men attract for and the face is the bonus. It build up the odd weirdness obsession about woman’s body. Let’s be truthful, it won’t last long when these women get older. The fun is when they are younger but a lot of maintain when carry a bigger body. It effect the spine, has to continue push themselves up. But they wouldn’t hear Porches out rather project that Porches Jealous of their big curve.

Porches very aware of her body, eventually, every time Porches wear leggings, she always wear it with a mini skirt or the overalls t-shirt but then these co-workers perceive the subtle cuteness as the insecurity since she is a petite girly. Even though Porches has honest about her teeth isn’t white enough and dental in America is very expensive, Porches teeth just has the nature whitening and also she does want to make these co-workers comfortable by tell them the only truth about her insecurity but it seem like never be enough.

Porches don’t get the unbalance concept of the reality of the value beauty of the woman. The celebrity get pay plenty money to promote the jean, the leggings for people see, of course men include. Otherwise, women has to pay the money they work and wear it and everyone see include men for free. Every young man to super old watch free. It tricky right there because it does cost women’s money but also society normalize it to this morden world.

The only time Porches wear yoga pant at the gym is when she wears it with swimsuit and she stay in the women’s sauna and the cold plunge is the only share area with men but she is super aware about it. Also because of the coldness so no one really can hang more than 10 minute. Porches ritual’s work out she has been gate keep to deal with toxic work environment and co-workers. Because now not only Pat, Kay, also Nika, Sidney, Dia has join the group. Porches still give Yuna a benefit of doubt since Yuna is a social hierarchy. Yuna talks to everyone including Porches. And the only important thing Porches let Yuna know about her is that Porches’s body would experiences fight or flight system if she go through difficult emotions and it would be a hate crime if people use it to continue hurt Porches. Beside that Porches genius show Yuna a friendship Porches has with other. We give out money if necessarily and help each other out. So far without much word, Porches feel Yuna care about her which is a good sign. Porches has refused the friend request on Porches social media. It scares to let people know about the personal life. Porches really private on the internet. She learn that not a lot people would happy when they perceive other person’s life and real life is the loudest evident.

THE FIRST DAY OF WORK

Pat was the one who come to the break room and be friendly with Porches to get to know who Porches is.

Pat immediately ask Poches if she would do nails also and Proches excited go with he flow and tell Pat the maybe. And Porches is a girl who not good with money so this year she would make thing different and follow her dream. And the conversation between Pat and Porches has been public. And many tests and the disrespectful has been put on Porches. Surprisingly, Porches still on her book paitently earning living and because truly Porches love the customers here. So far she has Sweet Scape, Joy, and Jessica - a baddie sublet ‘ bebop’ home girl with very strong character. And the job Porches has is another form of social worker.

Ms Laura and her daughter usually come to get their nail together. Ms Laura is a special woman like Sweet Scape but God put Ms Laura through darkness of the truth when she continually loosing these people that she love when she get older, weaker. The hard and hurt feeling when we let love in. And her daughter try to take her out get their nail done to make up the sadness or that is the only way that her daughter do to cover her sadness and spend all the money they have. Ms Laura was upset since she also understand why the people at the nails shop tried to be nice because they also has to make money and they never rally be for real if her daughter be difficult. Few co-workers would gossip and complain about the customers in the back later on that what they normally do if the customers be more specific about the nails and they hate Porches when she never joined the group of gossiping.

Porches know someday as a woman has certain hard feeling and they come to nail shop to get their nails and toes paint, to take care of their well-being, to feel more pretty and be relax and Proches get the job pleasant. It is a very easy job, safe wealth, another form of church, generate the heart beats.

Porches calm Ms Laura by tell her the bit truth about Porches, where she come from and why she like the job now since she does not like it from the begin, and Porches would be happy with $5 tips and not expecting more and remind Ms Laura that it not a safe space to talk about herself since Ms Laura was lost temper and exposed the truth about her daughter issue while she try to put on nice face with those stranger who are going to take her money but not genius nice while demand her mom what she should do. Porches know it not her place to say anything so she tell Ms Laura to meet Porches next time.

Ms Kimberly is the last customer of the day, she come in for the pedicure, Porches ask how she would want her water to feel like. Kim immediately says ‘hot but not burn’. While on the process of the pedicure service, Porches experience the low again. She start being very negative about the what if. What if Porches can’t find a good man and and has to make living on this job, she has to be smart and start to be independent and save money and open her own nail shop so she can has more money to take care of her family. Finished the service, Porches went to eat before leave work which surprise Nika that no matter what Nika do to Porches, the happy innocent girl is not goes down. Porches learn that loyalty happened when it benefit others.

And Nika always so proud of her husband. The way she gets excited every time she speak about her husband like he is the most extremely happy source to her life until a moment of the truth that God let Porches witness. The dynamic has changed. Not the happy that Nika try to put on every time she comes work. And not the kindness and support before Nika give for Porches. Now Porches make less money and less service booked. And Yuna is the example, that girl work 4 year at this place, one day she come in and tell Kay her struggle of money and live in pay check.

SWEET SCAPE

Since she take of the builder gel, Sweet Scape has a change to get out of her house more often. Porches also happy to see Sweet Scape more frequently. We actually enjoy each other company.

This time the set up end up to be Porches and Pat sit next to each other again and it makes Pat super uncomfortable but it might can be Pat fear of Sweet Scape knowledgeable psychiatrist who of course can sense and see who Pat really is. For that conformation everytime she uncomfortable to speak with her customer. She gets angry and want to stress Porches out. Sweet Scape would give her a look and Porches cortisol go down.

Pat has been live in LA 25 year, she used to dress people, has a lot of friends, used to married but divorced and no kid, she has a boyfriend now, one brother and now her new passion is photographer. She has a social media to show her work. Pat has gems on her teeth, smoke weed and do psychedelic mushroom, very chill and laid back. But Pat seem like a running criminal to Porches. The danger and craziness Porches sense from Pat has been creep in every detail about Porches. The first time when Pat hear Porches compliment about Dia natural curly hair. Pat fly back to LA and curl her hair. Now she wear the hoop earrings as Porches. Lucky, Porches now move to the new obsession, she get from Figs the brand for medical worker. Their material scrubs are super comfortable and ridiculously soft.

Sweet Scape talk about her new criminal book and detective. It was super interested that sweet scape has finish the whole book in two night.

TODAY, NIKA COME WORK

Finally Porches can see who Nika really is. It was a busy day for everyone including Porches. Her first service is with Pat. Nika love to see the drama between Pat and Porches. If the setting is Porches has the builder gel and Pat has to do the regular pedicure, the intensity would raise up and if the opposite would be better since Pat can be in control and feel superiors.

Nika now aware that Porches might know the truth about her unhappy marriage that she keep trying to save. But love hurt and it drive Nika crazy and mean. Porches realize that this is not the first time Nika feel unloved. Nika tend to come work to avoid these feeling.

Nika has a hate love tactics that she uses on everyone. She love to favorite someone and punished someone els. It happened when Dia found out the pregnancy. She keep make the absent so Nika give all her customers to Porches. That poor woman miscarrige and the pressure of losing the job. Now Dia work full-time to cover the depression. She also a mom so she gotta keep going to hush the money for her kids. Before Nika barely speak to Dia since she can see the unstable of Dia work so she choose Porches to be come the one who can replace Dia. Nika percive Porches as naive and easy to manipulate.

Nika try to put pressure on Porches couple time by continually give her back to back services. It burn Porches out slowly and realize Porches can not be rush anymore. Now Dia come back and committed, Nika finally unfavorable Porches.

THE SUNDAY HAS COME,

Last work day of this week and Porches gonna go home and enjoy Monday off. And Sunday usually is very short work hour and less co-workers. The most Porches’ favorite day of the week. But when Porches walk inside, she immediately feel her heartbeat start pounding. Still act normal and say hi to everyone. It was Kay, Yuna, Coco and Pat at the bar. No one say anything back to Porches. Quickly, Porches go to the back preparing for work, try to avoid these hard feeling that her co-workers try to make her feel. After all, it was all those women was faking to be nice to Porches. Hope can earn her trust so they figured Porches out.

Amber is Porches first customer. She usually come in Sunday every two week and somehow, Porches end up do her nail since then. Amber was the one give Porches the feeling to write these stories and today, these co-worker wanted to shut Porches down again. Everyone seem so happy today, they start talking with their customers and Porches decided to talk to Amber as well. Suddenly the room immediately quiet. The lyric running in the background ‘why you have to be so heartless’. Porches keep the conversation with Amber going. This is a very first time Porches communicate to Amber. Usually, we always be quiet. During the conversation, Porches hear Yuna tell Kat to turn the music louder. It might mean she does not want to hear Porches voice.

Porches and Amber get along well, and we share each other our favorite show. Amber mentione about “the shinking” on appletv. Amber say the show could help alot of people and Porches agree so.

After finish the service, in the break room, Yuna approaching Porches and ask ‘what’s wrong?’- ‘what do you mean?’ Porches answer. Yuna being aggressive and keep asking what is going wrong and Porches keep questioning back to her. Finally, Yuna give up and ask Porches if she doing okay. Don’t want to question back again, Porches simply tell that she is doing just fine. Yup, Yuna who Porches thought is the only friend she can trust. Now somehow also feel different. Yuna feel like Pat now. This 46 year old woman simply turn anyone against Porches. Porches really not mind and very unbothered. Just try to understand Pat who with 2 personalities are try to abuse and harmful Porches.

Pat seem get super busy and leave Porches alone since everyone else already do the hateful work for her. Currently, Porches has work 5 days week but make no diffrences since each day, she only has 1 to 2 book. But then Porches has no worry and very laid back. She has more time to take care her clients and no need to rush and hustle. The good thing is Porches does enjoy few customers at the nail shop, the early morning head to the gym and the cold plunge and the hot sauna and the fresh shower.

Porches just submitted to another high-end nail salon. She pray they can take her in soon so she can start work on Monday through Wednesday. Porches still want to keep work at the Palm during the weekend until she can’t handle anymore the heaviness of envy, the jealousy, the disrespect, and the betray of Yuna, the only woman friend that Porches see the potential of a good woman, but then Porches now learn to see people as who they are. Lately, Porches experience some difficult clients who feel unkind and drain. Porches realize that she might facing the whole community. It is all the ladies come to church together, they talk and laugh to each other and somehow the word “church” sounds like “judge”

THING HAS CHANGED AT THE MOMENT

Porches decided to stay in her zone and doing her own thing, not envolhe to any kind of social gathering. Then these ladies leave her alone since they don’t have anything to talk about. On Friday, knowing that her booking get shorter and she has more time. Porches decided to spend time to study about criminology law which give her another dopamine hit. Study is these only thing these ladies won’t hate on Porches because it make her look uninterested and in that environment no one really like to study even Kay and because of that Kat tent to leave Porches alone as well. Kay kinda recognize something about the dynamic that she give into Pat. One time when Pat doesn’t expect, Kay suddenly ask how old Pat is and Proches can hear the hesitation in Pat’s voice ‘I’m in my 40s’ and realize the moment of her insecurity, Pat immediately change her tone ‘I’m actually 47’ and Kay suddenly laugh out loud then say something back to Pat. ‘Iam 47 and I’m talking to you’. Pat repeat it couple time and then everything quietly. They were at the bar while Porches work on the customer. She didn’t know what happened next. And Porches wonder why Pat lose her cool and expose herself like that or maybe Pat does like Kay in romantic way since Kay is a 23 year old younger lady with well education. Knowledge does make Kat feel like a 29 year old woman. It attractive to Pat and might be that why Pat feel offended. Porches doesn’t know about Kay feeling for Pat but she seem open for new opportunities. Kay has boyfriend, Porches never know how dude look like. He come in the shop couple time when Kat work then say hi to everyone but Porches was always with the customers so she doesn’t even bother. Just hear Pat and Yuna say hi back to that.

But Kay seem depressed and Pat know that. As a woman, Pat less suspicious to approach a younger girl and be her lover. Every time Kat in avoidance mood from Pat and don’t know why, Pat come around and offer to buy her food and drink. Pat understand those avoidance as a point of view of a man and ignore Kay boundaries with those manipulative tactics rather to give Kay some space.

And the Sunday of 2 week has come again when Ms Amber come in. That day even Porches can see how depressed Kay is. Pat stay back a bit after work then decided to ask Kay out for a drink but get rejected from Kat. At that moment Porches realized Kay actually just misunderstood her since most of the Time at work she has been hang out with Pat and Pat only can secret be herself when she with Kay. So it makes sense since Pat act unbothered about Porches but Kay is the opposite. Kay doesn’t might to show Porches her hatred. Kay actually just need a genius friendship.

THIS WEEK WORK GET EASIER

even Porches check get shorter but luckily, Porches does make enough for living.

Few co-workers take off since they have been continuity work back to back a few week since Porches booking get shorter or she need to work on her timing a bit faster like her boos text then it can be add more services. A small act of selfishness that cost health issue on workers. And Porches doesn’t even realize today is Saturday night when Porches finish work. It been awhile Porches doesn’t go out. She love stay in her bed room like when she was in her childhood. Porches finally bored at the environment she work now since she recognize every person Porches met from begin was not who they are. And no matter what Porches try to fit in still they hate on her. Saying too much, hate on. Not say anything, hate. Porches choose to be kind and forgiveness, still end up being hate and drain. So only work then home, no new friend. Keep journaling, wait for new door.

This Sunday, Nika at work she choose to drive her husband car. Porches lucky come right on time when Pat get drop off by her boyfriend and go to the shop quickly. Somehow, Porches see that car has not move right away and the driver might see Porches car approaching. It seem waiting to see if Porches rush in to the shop.

Take a few minute to settle, Porches heart start sensing again and she has to aware about that Lexus has drop Pat off. Probably, Pat has pill tea to her boyfriend and now Porches has to deal with 2 serial killer. Wait for awhile until that car drive away, Porches come in. Nika has changed her hairstyle, this style better than the previous one. She looks more sporty and confident. Nika seem to leave Porches alone today. It was Pat and Yuna at the bar, Yuna seem sad today and the song in the background confirm to what Porches feel. So Porches put on her own song to be sad as well, has to read the room. Sadness is what Porches do the best in any kind of emotional. It suit her well, help her calm and be more focus. Porches was sitting at the bar and keep study criminology. It was around 11:40 while wait on her appointment, Pat was sit on the pedicure chair on Porches right side pretend to use her phone. And the intensity happen again during Porches studying. She experienced the adrenaline raise up and the cortisol try to spike up. Porches smell of her instinct sense and she try to stay calm as much as possible. Porches has slow down her writing and moving eye therapy and keep slower her breathing. Relax her shoulders and Pat start laughing while still on her phone. The sounds of satisfaction when she grey the target successful. And Porches understand at that moment she has to sit with these silent threats from Pat so she can find the way of justice since it isn’t normal catalog of criminal in every normal public environment. And Porches doesn’t know the truth of this 47 year old woman who moved to America when her parents died at 18 year old. Got adopted but they really not her family in her point of view. Her friends are her family that what she told Porches on the first day of work to exchange information. Pat love when people tell her isn’t look like Texan since she has live 25 year in Los Angeles. Pat want to be perceive at an authentic LA woman. But Porches can’t trust that, so far Pat isn’t show that she was some one used to dress for people. And she isn’t carry the confident and authentic of the Californian who live in LA 25 years. All she does right now is stealing Porches style, how confident Porches is, how Porches talk when she get excited and happy and care for the customers. All Pat does is be victim around Porches in front of the audience. Only Porches can see the differences. She learn to be aware about the people carry the intensity that want to harm other and with more power, they even become dangerous. Porches can be disappear and Porches has to think about her family as well. And Porches family is very normal working class. Porches also know no one who has the authority of power to believer her or help her out. So Porches keep low her head down, keep study criminology to understand criminal mind and what should considering of criminal. Even how strong Porches is, it doesn’t good for her body to keep put on a lot of pressure of stress. In long run it will get Porches chronic illness. Everyday Porches goes work with her stomach hurt all the time and she doesn’t speak freely anymore. Porches be quiet, be uninterested, show unhappy face. So Nika and other has mercy on her. Porches at work all day but make less money so other less jealous of her. Pat even double check on Porches to make sure she really sad. It was a moment when Porches went in the backroom to step outside the back door. She went back to grab her water bottle and see Pat was there in the middle of her service, pretend to drink water and check on Porches. People usually has a phase “if you know you know"

PORCHES TAKING THE BREAK FROM THE COLD PLUNGE AND THE HOT SAUNA

Her period just started. Thank God! Porches pull through another week of work. Yesterday, Nika was at work and probably going to be the whole week since Sidney just find another 9 to 5 job and might just work at the weekend as her normal schedule. Porches did see a new receptionist Nika try to hire in Sidney position during the week.

It was a couple that come in, Porches has a manicure with Mrs.Rita’s husband. In a moment, Porches recognize something about this old man who make Pat break out her character. Pat joke with Mr. Rita’s husband in very feminine way that she could and for the first time Porches has read the situation wrong. It’s Pat knowing that she get intimidated by Rita’s husband. So she keep talking to him as a female version. And in Porches point of awe after see how he interact with Pat. He is a smart man who can read people and he goes with the flow of the conversation. But Mr. Rita’s husband doesn’t joke with Porches beside respected. Mr.Rita cut through the conversation between her husband and Pat ‘please cut your nail down’ then quickly come back to her zone. ‘Yes, madam’ Mr.Rita’s husband reply and he suddenly asks Porches about how does she think. Porches reply ‘ I don’t know, I cut it already, I listen to your wife’. Satisfied with the answer, he comes back to the conversation with Pat.

Pat seem talkative until he asked her about her life back in LA back then. This is the first time she didn’t get excited to say anything about her life in LA. Pat quickly change subject. Mr. Rita somehow look at Porches and we cross eye contact. Mr.Rita is a petite woman, she is very well dress, the opposite to her husband. He goes with full black outfit and with glasses on. Porches finish his service same time as Pat even thought the pedicure supposed to be longer but Pat was rush in that why she keep talking to make the process faster.

Porches sit at the bar and continue reading her “the Joy luck club”. This time David and his wife come in. And Porches intuition have been very on point. Porches lucky this time to work on his wife and Pat work on David service. It was 2 senior couple but when Porches look at Mr.Rita, Porches know she has been loved by her husband, the opposite to David’s wife, Ms.Caroline dress like David, simply t-shirt and the black pant on. She was so happy to talk to her husband when his phone ring and that was someone she know. In the first moment of the transition of service, pOrches see in Mr.Rita’s husband was siting to wait on his wife to be done, immediately stand up and come closer to his wife and seem like he blocking the view from other side where David and his wife sitting. Mr.Rita’s husband was protective and also he understand his wife is a beautiful wiman and men are men. Mr.Rita’s husband and David look like they are in the same age gap. They both has the petite type but the way they treat their wife is so opposite. Mr.Rita’s husband feel like never want to leave his wife alone. He stay around and wait until he and his wife come home together.

Ms.Caroline was always be left alone after David finished his service, after these fun conversations with these younger women. He leave quickly without saying anything to his wife. Mr.Rita’s husband action is the confirmation that Porches is right about David from the begin. It like Porches is also hopeless in romantic. Porches understand why people seek high education and be alone.

NIKKA FEEL DIFFRENT TOWARD PORCHES

She knows she can’t hide the imbalance and unperfected of her marriage in front of Porches. Rather reflecting on herself, she start to feel intimidated about Porches. Everyday work, Nika hide it under her curves body, the confident when she walk, the high pitch tone, she continually changing her nail and hair style. In her culture, the hair cost alot of money to braids and effort to maintain it rather to embrace her curly nature hair.

When Porches look in Nika eyes, the sparks in her eyes has gone. It full of calculation how to make things work. Porches wonder why Nika become so mean to her but than Porches might know the reason. It could be a husband has say something about Porches to Nika on that day Porches saw him. And like Pat, Nika’s husband obviously know Porches can sense who dude really is since Porches’s reaction was the most loudly language. It make dude uncomfortable enough to come in early in the end of the day when the shop almost close out to check on Porches. Nika usually has to wait a bit later so her husband come help out and that what she tell people when she stay late at work.

Porches know dude would not into Porches either. First of all, Nika is a beautiful dark skin woman. And her body is curvy and she also very tall. Porches way more petite and like a teenager girl somehow and she look super naive, easy to manipulate for the satisfied of lust. Dude also taller and way too big to considering about the insecurity and Nika is a business woman. They have 3 children with each other. The only reason Porches can think of dude unsatisfied is probably into man. Niks’s husband might be gay and afraid to come out so he has to stress out Nika and drive her mentally crazy everyday. It make more sense when a man has one perfect woman to commit with but not feel enough.

Porches suddenly remember the first day she met Nika for the interview. It was raining day, everything seem slow down. The color Nika choose is the light pink pastel name “Hollywood vibe”. Nika love the way Porches work, slow and specific. Nika tell Porches that the customers would love her so much. And day by day, Porches watch Nika run the business and the pressure she carry on when the day going slow. The co-workers also has to make living as well. So they both stress out when they. Make less money and not aware of the pressure they put on Nika and the customers. It like the butterfly effect, its cause people uncomfortable. The customers spend the money to be relax, to pamper themselves, to feel beautiful exchange to fatness. And Nika can see the different in Porches. Even with the slow day, Porches still patiently waiting and keep showing up. Porches just don’t know how long she can go since the misunderstood keep happened and it does effect Porches mental, physical wellness.

Every week Porches go through these heaviness that those women put her through at least they always try to bring Porches down since they can’t stand the way she show up all confidence and happy and laid back. They jealous when Porches always please and being nice to the customers but never join their gossip and complaint about how difficult the customers be to them.

THIS WEDSNDAY

Porches received an email interview form another workplace. Porches feel like these business that Nika running 4 year are still not very stable. During the week, still not enough customers so Porches would take this new opportunity and adjust the environment. The new nails salon is very high-end and they are the only place in town. Porches decided to work during the week at the Nailtel and still work for Nika at the weekend. Porches still has her favorite customer and the cold plunge.

FRIDAY WAS SUCH A BLESSING

The city has storm so the day was raining until Porches get home early and get cozy and be iPad kid. It was busy day for everyone. They seem finally left Porches alone. Even Pat get tired too since her manipulation on everyone back fire. Kay today seem to keep distant from Pat. They didn’t hang out much like usually and because Pat was super booked today. But then still don’t want to give up on Porches, she tent toward Porches attention and try to be nice. It like after the unsuccessful abuse now Pat try to give affection to control the situation. But then Porches know that she can’t be friend with Pat. Might forget because of her ADHD brain but would never forgive. The action and intention was harmful and Pat did it from the begin. She might going to do it again.

The day seem give Porches comfort, Porches suddenly has a second thought about the new place she about to interview. The job keep get easier and Porches feel bored but she has to keep making living so the new environment would be a fresh air for her. New area, higher tips. Porches totally can work two places. Porches has a feeling that she want to be back to design, just don’t know what to creative yet. A unknown familiar feeling rush in Porches mind. It feels like she been here before a creative room of herself.

Things start to seem normal again but because the event that those women put Porches through causing the extreme amount of stress, it put Porches’s brain in hyper vigilance. The hate and love that they projected on her. Porches know if she want to be love she has “humble” herself in the way they expected, mean to be “how to be basic”. Porches was separate herself lately. She on the nurse uniform and good shoes for work. The only thing she does is braid her hair everyday work. And this Sunday, in her zone, Pat come to Kay, the conversation means to. Et Porches know Pat about to put on corn roll hair and kay might see her new hair on Tuesday. Despite culture thing, an open mind Kay happy to encourage Pat, The corn roll hair would cost alot of money and Pat intention is competing to Porches but then the hate still toward Porches.

The thing about Porches is very at peace with herself. She carry a certain style and has a good eye for fashion. As any girl, she love nice and comfortable shoes, nice jewelry, good fragrance, piercings are her next goal. All is focus on herself love. Porches does not bother anyone.

PORCHES AT THE LIABRY

She overstimulated in the right environment and write like her life depend on the papers, her mind can rewind and not missing on nay detail since these women so unpredictable. One day they happy they would leave Porches alone and when they unhappy, Porches is their target. Porches learn to be unhappy, seem like it doesn’t work anymore. It like whenever Porches be there, it would be the problem and Porches is the problem. But the girl has to make living since Porches does not has a man to help her out so Porches has to keep going.

The interview at Thursday would bring her a better environment and Porches still work at the weekend for the customers who love her.

Porches went home and moody again, it only wedsnday. Mother’s day is coming so Porches got busy at work which was a blessing. But then the amount of stress that Porches has to carry on is very unhealthy. At this point she just know to continue with the pray.

It was Tuesday, after finish the service, Porches go to the back and start clean up. Nika was follow her and get pass to the break room and doing laundry. Somehow, Nika talk to Dia about the customer that Nika will le Porches does the nail and Dia will doing her feet. Porches doesn’t say anything and quickly finish what she has been doing. Before Porches leave the back room, Dia talk back to Nika that she happy with this setting since the customer very picky. Porches leave quickly after that because she really don’t like any gossip about the customer. They are the one who pat money so the shop and the worker can continue working.

No matter what that is their right to be specific about what they want. Porches always try to understand her customer as much as possible. The day was moving slowly which make Nika put her to the test. Nika know the timing of each service that Porches usually do. She make 2 service together with shorts time. The less expensive and more money later to stress Porches out. It happened before when Porches try to catch up with time to meet another appointment. So Porches learn the lesson and keep going with her normal pace. She knows Nika would give that service to someone els. It also give Porches time to break between service.

The end of the day, Nika come give Porches a ticket of the refill gel set, Porches know it was the customer they were mentioning before in the backroom, Ms.Wendy. As normal way Porches treat her customers, she start to focus on her work. But God is good, always reveal necessary thing. Ms.Wendy is a lady in uniform. It could mean she can read, can detect the odd in people, things and places. Ms.Wendy come in with her flower white dress, Porches love the way she wear her jewelry, silver and gold. Her weedding ring also unique like her character. It seem like Nika might tell Dia something after Porches left. Even how much Porches try focus, it still the awkward run deep in the dynamic between Dia, Nika, Ms.Wendy and Porches. Dia was the one complaint ms.Wendy being picky and now being nice and sweet in front of her. Nika, the owner who listen to this gossip being smiling and helpful with the colors of ms. It so odd in Porches’s truth.

And ms.Wendy knows that, she asks more questions, choose a specific color and be specific of her toes. Somehow she leave Porches alone and let her finish the job without say anything. But really it wasn’t a peaceful section at all. Porches someday get super sensitive with everything at one. And she should learn to not laugh in serious situation because it make people misunderstood her. They might think Porches make fun of them but it was a moment, Nika has been call out. She was faking the generosity of helping ms.Wendy find her favorite color. Her high pitch tone and the willingness goes down when ms.Wendy keeps testing her. It was a moment of frustration, Nika try to show ms.Wendy all the pink color on her hand and to mirror the willingness, ms.Wendy test another color on Nika hand and polite says that she didn’t mean to paint her skin but try to show the difference in the shade of pink. Very wise woman that Porches lucky to interact with. At this moment, Nika awareness has come back. She understand that she under the investigation and nothing can’t hide beside the truth. Nika breath in and calm down. She start to speak softer. Later, Nika can’t hide her sadnesss anymore. Porches finish the set a bit late today. When she overwhelmed the only thing she can do is focusing and Porches do the right thing. Porches understand about her perfectionism tendency make her sometime hard on herself. But because of that, evey gel set turn out steady and healthy. Porches says goodbye to ms.Wendy and her work trip to Hawaii tomorrow. During the process of working, Porches hear ms.Wendy mentions about the criminal which Porches can feel the strong emotion run through her body. Porches wonder if the path ever lead her to the investigation of criminal justice department. It actually excite Porches’s brain.

PORRCHES WAKE UP EARLY ON HER THURSDAY OFF

Get oil change for the car. It was done smoothly cause the early morning. She head to the nailtel interview. The high-end salon with the simply design was surrounded in the open business area, near the bank and next door they have a hair blow beauty business. The traffic and day long. The traffic all day long so porches know the nail technician here make money for sure and their price service are luxury. It midtown, the tips would be generous. The only thing here is Porches only earn 40% which not normal to industry. But she would take a change since God open the new door for her. By the end of may, Porches seclude would be perfect. The interview was easy and the manager name Megan very a pleasant lady. She guide Porches through everything and keep asking for sure about her schedule. And the environment was the most extremely on point of this place. Porches probably can earn tips in this places.

And the cold plunge get better everyday, now Porches can stay in 2 minute. Lately, Porches kind has a sense of how her life would be if she has a routine and commit to it.

Tomorrow is going to be the first day of work at the nailtel. Hopefully it would be much better. Porces in her car again this Wedsnday. Today just only 3 people come work and because of that Proches making money also she can see the booking of the nailtel for tomorrow. It would be a good transition. Then when June, Porches can take off from the Palm and only work weekend.

The first day at the nailtel was fine. It was the right environment. Still has some girls come around to try to intimidate and try to get to know Porches but learn from her lesson. Porches keep it short. At this place, Porches absolutely earn money and get busy all day. The only thing Porches doesn’t understand, even which very high-end service, the customers isn’t expect much, they pay more money but the simply of the service is. It feel equal. They understand their need also they understand the equality of human. They don’t try to feel superior but also Porches understand of the value of the safe money. She always take time for every service and the day end very quickly.

In May, currently Porches work 7 days a week but because of that Porches doesn’t need to work about the unpredictable of the Palm since lately the business after going 4 years are still experiencing slow day and now Porches schedule always put back for all pedicure and last minute service which is fine for her because it still money. All the Neil set has been for Pat and Dia. The nail set Porches does long lasting so usually it take like almost a month for the customer to com back and do the refill and Proches also understand the feeling of making a pretty nail set so she has the vision that has her own studio to do nail and still work 2 day a week at the nailtel.

Even with pedicure services, they still not happy, but the group seem falling apart since it all base on hate, jealousy, evilness so when Proches keep working and be with herself they don’t have much to say busy also they can’t even be friend with each other since all they do is gossip about another people.

Pat seem misery since the only one she can talk is Kaym the youngest one at the shop but know Kat seem has more awareness because no matter how forgetful Porches is, she still has the boundary with Pat. Most of the time Porches ignores Pat but the opposite when Pat act unbothered about Porches is always the one watch Porches erectly and Kay can see it now. Whenever Kay try to be close to Porches or when we in the back room. Pat would come around or go to the back and check on Kay so she can break the dynamic of Kay try to get closer to Porches. Even though Kay doesn’t like Porches but the subconsciousness she be drawn to Porchess present but as long as Pat still around Kay would in that confusion circle and because Pat know what Kay need as a woman who to be seen and love by a man. A moment while Porches and Pat were work on the client, the lyric ‘that woman, she is a man, something that I don’t understand’ was running in the background and Porches can see how Pat posture change from superiors every time Porches has to do the pedicure service and turn into guilty way when her back start to curl down and her face start to show sign of the anxiety. She immediately loose the confident over Porches.

And let’s go back to Mr.Frank. After awhile observing him, Porches realize that he share the same character like Pat. Someday he came in very quiet and with darker color clothing, that mean he unhappy and would be very upset to any woman who try to get the attention from him. And on the day he dress nicer, he definitely embrace his feminine as a woman. He come in, say hello and give love to all the women around and this Saturday when Mr.Frank come in, Porches have a big realization. Pat was talkative before suddenly very quiet and usually she always does when Mr.Frank around. But because today Pat choose to be a woman by the way she dress and Mr.Frank is also identify as a woman. So Pat kinda prapare for the emotion and after awhile, she finished her work then say hello to him with very gentle voice, compliment his outfit and quickly go to the back room. And finally he leaves Porches alone after the unsuccessful attack before when he was unhappy.

THE WEEK GET MORE EASIER SINCE NOW PORCHES HAS 2 ENVIROMENT TO STIMULATE

The Monday was okay since just few people come work. The schedule has already set so Porches just come in and work all day. The high-end nails salon bring very quiet and calm vibe. The second day of the week, the music run smoothly in the up front. Even though Porches still experiencing some low-key mean-girl but than also the customers very aware. Learning the lesson, Porches keep to herself and be in her zone whenever she has some free time. The day goes by so quick. The only thing make Porches concern is the commission she make is a bit lower than what she expect but the the tips be generous so Porches patient like the first time she work at the Palm.

The first week at Palm, she only make $222 not with tips and the first day at the nailtel, she already make more than $100 without tips. It would be a first start and because Porches trust her intuition on these chaos days at the Palm. Now she secure herself with two more day stable at work. So Tuesday and Wednesday at the Palm just another bonus. And Porches was right for doing it.

Today she come in at work, everyone keep busy working but Porches. That was a moment when Porches was watching the anime “spy family”. Yuna was sitting next to het at the bar and two customers come in. From what Porches observed, they both getting the big pedicure and everyone is still with their customers. Only Porches and Yuna are free but Nika has not say anything to Porches so she continues watch the anime. Later on, Porches see Yuna start work on the hand of on of the customer just come in. 2 pedicures service are still waiting which a little bit odd since Nika always prioritize the pedicure first so the customer don’t have to wait too long.

15 minute pass, finally on of the worker has finish and rush in to the next pedicure service with Yuna working on. It could be a request, Porches think. But then another pedicure has been waiting longer than usually until Yuna finish her service and start to work on the that pedicure while Porches still waiting on her first service. Lucky, Porches has her back up plan. Porches had check the schedule for the next day at work. It was a gel-x set in early morning.

Pat come in early and she help Nika folding towels which very unusual. Pat never really do it when her schedule secure. Porches goes to the break room like usually and whatever it is, she would accept it since Porches come work after Pat. Later on, Nika come and give Porches the ticket of the gel-x service and she also hear the heaviness sound when Pat prepare the service tray. After folding towls and come in first, she still can’t have the gel-x service.

Porches recognize the customer she did before. Somehow this young cute girl come back with her mom to get their nail done and she probably requested Porches. That explain everything why nike give Porches the gel-x nail set instead of Pat. It just very rare nail set Porches does lately. All she gets are pedicure service but ut does not enough for Pat. Porches little can sense the envy Pat throw at her so the nail set end up haft perfect. And the lyric in the background speaks her heart again ‘You threw stones at me, so I built up a wall. We aren’t enemies, but you prayed on my fall. I know you hate to see me overcome it all. You threw stones at me, but I’m still standing tall’.

Porches has been wake up everyday at 5 am, het done her routine, make lunch and get to work. She start the sauna around 7:20 at the gym then be in the minus 50 degree cold plunge water to fight the depression, the toxic at work place of Pat, Nika and other women throw at her. And since April to haft month of May, under the pressure, Porches’s body completely change. The fight or flight has gone and all the nerve healed.

WHILE IN THE BREAK ROOM CLEAN UP

AND THIS SUNDAY HAS BEEN PROVEN

Porches somehow wake up early in the morning and drive to work. Last night she ordered 4 figs scrub top so he can be in uniform at work. Lately, Porches realize that the uniform of nurse is super comfortable and somehow she know she can thrift another one from different brand so she can be switch up.

Porches first customer start at 12, ms.Barbara, she usually come in Sunday every 2 week with her 2 daughter and get their nail done. They are very decent customers. They come in read their book and enjoy their service. They usually communicate the necessary in the family. Otherwise they shorten the socialize. Somehow this family always in Porches schedule and Porches find it very lucky. Porches doesn’t need to talk much anyway and have been doing their service since she started work at the Palm. It always a pleasant process. After that Porches next client is ms.Amber. Today, she has her new earrings on, she mentioned about church day, her mom in town and family gathering time. So we are both happy and enjoy each other company in quiet. Ms.Amber always has the Dazzle dry on her nail which makes the process more easier.

Porches really blessed to end her day with another customer that requested her. Porches recognize a customer, she did ask for Porches name last time she come in for the CBD pedicure. Today she has her new hair style. The zen pedicure with gel going to be Porches last service of the day.

The phone at the nail shop ring at 3:25 pm. Sidney is working today after a long time absence since she find 9-5 job during week days. The sunday always the most favorite day for everyone, Porches assume so. We start work around 11 am and end at 5 pm. Not crowded, just enough for smooth time. We have total 4 people working and everyone already settle in with their service, only Pat was the one finished work early so Sidney take in a customer at 4. Pat know right away that might be her turn so she immediately come to the front an confront with Sidney. While they were communicating with each other, Porches hear her name has been mentioned. Yup, always the back up one when they don’t want to the service and the end of the day service. Lucky, Porches always take time for her service so she wouldn’t be able to finish at 4. Which make Pat even more upset.

And every time the schedule doesn’t go Pat way, she would show it very clear by blaming stuff around. Even Nika has to favorite her when Pat upset since she is the only one who do everything. After making a scene, Pat somehow just leave work early. The 4pm appointment has set to another co-worker who later on has to rush in and finish her work and start another service after and probably go home late. Sunday is short day but it does not mean everyone will happy to stay late. That lady has her kids and she has been work whole week, only manicure and pedicure. Otherwise, Pat come in and take all the nail set, more money but still selfish use her power to refuse to work when she doesn’t want to. And that was a pedicure service, if it another nail set, she would probably do it for more money. But then people are so busy to hate on Porches and doesn’t see the problem or reflect on themselves.

THE BAG, NIKA’S BAG IS LV

Sometimes Porches has to deal with some difficult customers. It was Ms.Jean, with her not design hand bag and not expensive shoes come in for a pedicure with her daughter. Her husband come in and check them out and be fresh out of the shop since he has show everyone including Nika that he take good care of his family, wife and daughter.

Ms.Jean give unfriendly vibe to Porches, but then she super friendly when Nika come around like they really best friend. But really Nika always has to do that with all the customers who come to her shop since they are the one give Nika their money. And Porches witness the dynamics of them since ms.Jean try to be super friendly and talk about family and stuff, Nika otherwise just treat her like a regular customer who accidentally live in the same neighborhood. Nika quickly make an excuse when ms.Jean try to be her best friend.

And Porches look at her bag, if it louis vuitton hand bag, the conversation would have been a bit different. It like Nika is a business women, so who should be her friend and can be her best friend should be another business woman. Money stimulation.

Ms.Jennifer and her zen pedicure, the conversation between 2 neighborhood friendship end up being ignored by Nika which make ms.Jennifer upset and it like Porches was the one she upset with since Nika left her with the emptiness. Jen later on give Porches some hard time and asked more pressure on the massage which nonsense since Porches isn’t a massage therapist. It likes if Nika ever has a real friendship with someone. They would have business and benefit of each other. All ladies who come to Nika’s nail shop just end up to be her customers.

THE PALM NAIL BAR HAS BEEN VIRAL

June month almost end to July 4, we get super busy later since the Palm video get viral about black owner and black nail technician.

Because of that Pat and other finally leave Porches alone. Nothing much to complain. The nail shop get a fresh air bit it lose the feeling of the communist, some of the regular face stop show up. The job seem repeat and get boring.

Porches has been off track of her 5 am routine. The period always heavy when she gets older. And Porches has been regret the way she over spending. But finally Porches can has Tuesday off after 7 day working. 6 days would be fine and she has been making good money. But then Porches receive the text from the Nailtel offer her another day of work. She would start 7 days a week again in July 14. Not bad since she has to earn money and pay for all the stuff she has been spending and take care bills.

Porches start work at The Nailtel and the day extremely slow for both of us. Porches have been cope with many hobbies but it seems doesn’t help much, and have to wait until 4pm.

Since Porches get used to the workflow of the Nailtel, she seem not enjoying much when it comes to 3 hours of not working. It such waist time and Porches a bit regret to exchange the location since they wanted to keep her at the River Oaks. Someday it seems like 2 people working already enough. Somehow the Nailtel Height does experience slower days after holidays.

Porches also regret to overspend stuffs that she have to work for it and slow days make her anxious. Porches have been making a process on the book she buy which includes the kindle that she purchased last month. Her left brain start to pick up the pace of reading.

But besides that Porches still wonder what have she can do to earn more money and making more passive income beside making those creative videos that she find interesting and boosting her dopamine. It still has about an hour to make through until next appointment and Porches hope she would not need to experience this slowly day more than 2 days at the week work. Suddenly the Palm get full books are such a blessing. This week Porches can really make the 1k payment. And the rest would be save up to her own studio. Porches already save enough for this rent of July. Lucky!

But really, something out there is for Porches? She can dream abit bigger you know. What if she can be famous and make more money than the studio? How about that? Porches talented but just bloom a bit later than normal people. She can sing, learn another language, speak fluently and can sing beautifully too. Also Porches have another side of creativity that she have been doing since she don’t know when it going to be viral but it just timing since no one do it yet. It could be something huge in the future if Porches and copilot do it right.

PORCHES GETS SICK

After all, she is still human, and it means someday her immune system gets issues. Porches has been coughing at work and because work get so overwhelming since the viral video, its gets no way to feel better.

Porches has been thinking how to survive again by escaping to tattoo artist or saving to have own study. Really work 7 days a week seem impossible but then when she has time to rest she feel irritated because Porches already get used to 7 days work. She still want to keep going until she has some money saving in her bank account. Porches start her life a bit later.

Work at the Nailtel seem nothing but easier, someday she gets lucky to received very generous tips from customers but it really repeat over and over the job so it a bit boring to her. She feel a bit regret to accept to work on another Tuesday since she just has Tuesday off not long ago.

Around 5pm, after finish her late lunch, Porches feels sick and get off work early. They let her go home. Take in the night quill night time, Porches sleep through the night and wake up around 8 am in the morning next day. Luckily, after got off work, she immediately went to Target and buy herself a multi vitamin Ritual also a immune system boot juice shot.

It was a conversation with Kelly, a lady with PD in medical school. She immediately see through Porches and while make some casual small talk, Kelly talk about her cooking with Turmeric. After that Porches know exactly what her body needs. God is good, right! Porches has been so strong that she forget sometimes she can be get sicks.

The day seem very steady at the Palm since Porches already has a very well sleep and take in multi vitamin and immune boots. She feels so much better and like to keep working until a new opportunity comes through. She has been thinking about a small studio but it also going to take money, effort, time and Porches isn’t sure that nail going to be her final career. She rather just be more patient and save money until she can find a tattoo apprenticeship and it can be a journey for her if she keep put it out there and manifest it. Let the universe work on her favor then.

IS IT BLESSING YET?

Porches wonder if ever her writing would be effect since she usually write on her left hand on paper. But lately, she got herself a macbook Neo. Porches doesn’t need to write down on the paper anymore. She like to keep everything on her blog.

Porches still not feeling better, she find out her bottle water has been very dirty since she forget to clean it. It could be another reason that she doesn’t get better since she has been drinking many kind of drugs.

But the workplace get so much better since the shop get super busy. Everyone focus on working and earning money so no time to hate anymore. Kay suddenly pay more attention to Porches now which make she feel a bit shy. Pat still hating but the money she earn make up to her loneliness. Pat is getting old anyway and yesterday, when Pat in her ovulation, her body odor is super odd. It was a moment Pat walk pass when Porches doing pedicure. The odor was so strong that Porches can smell it through the medical mask. It was very unpleasant to Porches.

Almost make another week work and she proud of herself. And the weekend end just simply like that. The rainy day and the nail shop still popping for no reason. Mr.Frank here today, he dresses nicer, gold chains and greet everyone around him including Porches.

THE NAILTEL

Well, Porches be back to the slow day. It would be another 2 hours to her next appointment. In this place, she earn easy money and generous tips so she take advantage of slower day to rest.

The morning she went to a taiwan place breakfast and got her self to rice roll, which a bit unplanned since they only do credit $10 minimum. Another rice roll can be for tomorrow work. But then she doesn’t if she want to finish the spaghetti left over. The rice roll seems to feel her up whole day. Now she wish has another coffee or anything sweet stuff to snack on.

Later on, Porches has to drive to Ikea and return the package that she didn’t need and then come to Ulta Beauty and pick up her new lotion. Her skin face has been break out badly. Work and money but than she has to pay for some expansive things that she over spent last month. Such a waste of money and Porches has find another place to study tattoo. She wonder if she can make the money in time to study this month. Seem a bit rush to her but let see. The universe actually bring her the opportunity after she decides to keep going with the tattoo artist journey. It alot artist out there now so Porches just think that she would learn another skill set to develop her future. What would make her stand out in the industry then?

Porches keep seeking the creator like what the artist Micheal Jackson says. He believes in the idea of a creator. He makes history though. And because of that why would she can do the same, Porches wonder. Until this point her life would not make any sense of who she is anyway. Still have alot aspects of herself that Porches cannot write yet. But she knows that much better something beyond her own self. The path and patience.
